The role is an experienced Sales Leadership with 15+ years of relevant experience to drive revenue growth for our payment solutions across financial, hospitality, retail and food & beverage sectors, and the Macau gaming market. This role is critical to leading Sales Team in strategic direction, achieving our ambitious sales targets and expanding our market presence. Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans; achieve revenue and profitability targets for payment solutions and self-service kiosk solutions. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Sales Managers to ensure successful execution of sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau. Drive market expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's competitive position. Develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers across strategic account
