Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree JD and license to practice before a state bar 6+ years of legal experience, with a significant portion in-house Strong understanding of federal securities laws, SEC rules, regulations, and public company reporting requirements Experience advising public company boards or board committees, including Compensation and Audit Committee matters Experience with equity administration and executive and director equity matters, including 10b5-1 plans and Section 16 reporting Ability to communicate effectively with SEC staff and negotiate with regulators Prior experience in aerospace, complex manufacturing, or an industry core to BETA's business Strong preference for Vermont based; willing to consider the right candidate with ability to have frequent and regular on-site presence at Burlington, Vermont headquarters Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and lead legal and cross-functional projects with strong judgment and project management skills Above and Beyond
