Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers to work at a residential location in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities include but are no limited to: Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure facility safety. Conduct patrols and inspections to detect hazards or suspicious activity. Enforce property access policies and verify identification for visitors and contractors. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and coordinate with first responders. Document all activities, incidents, and maintenance issues accurately. Provide customer service and assist with directions, inquiries, and building information. Qualifications/Benefits: Must be at least 18 years of age Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Able to obtain a security guard card in the state of Ohio Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather Education and/or Experience: Previous security experience, High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Responsibilities may include: Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property. Provide courteous assistance to guests, offering directions, answering questions, and creating a visible, approachable presence to enhance the overall visitor experience. Respond promptly and professionally to disturbances, emergencies, medical situations, or suspicious activity. Initiate appropriate action and coordinate with local authorities or emergency services as needed. Titan Security is hiring Security officers to work Gates & Docks at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio. Duties may include: Ensure high visibility by periodically stopping and patrolling different areas of the lot to deter criminal activity. Ensure that individuals attempting to enter the facility have proper identification and access passes, such as badges, cards, or visitor passes. Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are entering or exiting the lot by checking identification, vehicle registration, or other access control protocols. Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate. Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures. Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections. Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons. Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
