Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Public Policy, Technology, or a related discipline 5+ years of relevant experience in field operations, program implementation, education, EdTech, government projects, or the development sector at District / State Level. Experience coordinating with government officials, schools, teachers, and field-level stakeholders Strong understanding of program implementation, field monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and digital reporting tools Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results within defined timelines Must-have
