Job description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Consultant to support business transformation, regulatory change, and technology implementation initiatives across capital markets. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, front-, middle-, and back-office teams, technology teams, and external partners to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and enhance trading and post-trade processes. The ideal candidate is a capital markets professional with 6–8 years of experience who combines strong financial services domain knowledge with consulting, business analysis, and project delivery capabilities.
