Job description
Talkiatry is seeking a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms as key drivers of new patient acquisition. This role combines senior ownership with day-to-day campaign management. This person will focus on optimizing and scaling direct response paid social campaigns while improving CAC efficiency and, over time, managing toward LTV. You will be responsible for managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with more platforms likely to be tested over time. Reporting to the Director of Paid Growth, you will also work closely with other marketers from Growth and Creative to develop and execute direct response strategies that maximize ROI and contribute to the overall growth of Talkiatry.
