Job description
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to join the Corporate Accounting team within Controllership in Gurugram. This role will lead core corporate accounting activities, global close execution, balance-sheet integrity, reconciliations, accounting operations, and process improvement across MongoDB’s multi-entity environment. The Senior Manager will partner closely with General Ledger, SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and external auditors. The role is designed for an accounting leader who can combine strong operational judgment with disciplined execution, clear communication, and a process-improvement mindset.
