Job description
Your Impact at LILA The Scientific System of Record (SSR) team builds the memory layer for Lila's operations. Our two core platforms, the Design Registry and LIMS, capture experimental design, samples, processes, and provenance across Lila's scientific workflows. As a Senior Technical Program Manager on SSR, you will operate at the intersection of engineering execution and organizational strategy. You will partner with an Engineering Director to scale engineering processes, drive cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering teams, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs that span cross-cutting scientific domains. You will build and improve how the team operates, not only track and deliver against it.
