Job description
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build the attribution and tracking foundation that gives us a trusted picture of marketing's influence across the customer journey, and to lead the shift from manual campaign and event work into automation. I'm Karla Anderson , EVP, Marketing at Teamworks, and this role reports directly to me. Marketing operations has lived in different places across the company over the past few years, and I'm bringing it back under one clear owner inside marketing. With 25 products across multiple markets, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue is complex. Getting it right takes someone who understands both the mechanics of marketing operations and the nuance of enterprise B2B attribution.
