Job description
SENIOR MOULDING OFFICER - MOLUDING DEPARTMENT This position is responsible for the direct supervision of the molding plant and all its employees on the shift. The Molding Foreman is responsible for the overall efficiency of plant operation and quality of the parts produced on their shift. Summary: Plans, directs, coordinates, evaluates and provides leadership and development/mentoring for salaried and hourly employees in the Molding department. Supervises and coordinates activities of the team members engaged in the molding of rubber products, applying knowledge of molding machine set-up, operating techniques, and production methods. Using standard processes and continuous improvement, the Supervisor identifies discrepancies in parts and products, documents findings in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the delivery of world class products.
