Job description
Position: Senior Operations Manager Location: New York and Surrounding Borough's Will be managing multiple valet and garage parking operations. Will be onsite at various locations throughout the week. Parking Operations Management Experence Required The Senior Operations Manager ensures the safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operating a large or complex parking facility including: staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations. Responsible for the supervision of location staff including: delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards.
