Job description
Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Clinical Recruitment Marketing & Events to sit at the intersection of Marketing and Talent Acquisition, driving the strategy and execution of national psychiatrist and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment events. This role builds trust-based relationships with psychiatry residency and fellowship programs, including program directors, faculty, and trainees, across the country, translating those relationships into a strong pipeline of clinicians who will join Talkiatry post-training. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for someone who combines event strategy, marketing execution, and recruitment expertise to deliver measurable outcomes that support clinical excellence and organizational growth.
