Senior Recruiter, Strategic Recruitment

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As Senior Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment for a portfolio of roles with our Executive and Strategic Recruitment capability. This role will operate in both a split-desk and full-desk model (role dependent): you will source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent with a focus on quality of hire, speed, and a white-glove candidate experience for our priority talent needs.  You will apprentice with talent acquisition leaders and colleagues to build knowledge of theStand Together community, our organizational priorities,ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.As a member of the Strategic Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting teams and capabilities that are driving long-term, transformational change to drive progress on some of our country's most pressing problems.
