About the Role At NetBox Labs, we're building the future of network automation. Our products power network and infrastructure management for thousands of organizations, from fast-growing startups to global Fortune 500 enterprises. We’re hiring a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to help drive operational rigor, visibility, and execution across our global sales organization. This role will partner closely with Sales leadership to improve how we manage pipeline, forecasting, territories, account coverage, rep productivity, and overall sales performance. You’ll help establish scalable sales processes, translate data into actionable insights, and give sales leaders the visibility they need to identify gaps and improve execution.
