5+ years building and running production software, with deep expertise in at least one area of a stack like this one and willingness to work outside it Strong in Python or Go, with relational database depth in schema design, migrations, and query performance Comfortable designing APIs and working with containers and CI/CD Experience shipping production code with LLM coding agents, including scoping tasks so an agent can finish them, supplying the right context, critically reviewing results, and knowing when to write the code yourself Commitment to quality at speed: tests ship with every change, and you can identify what an agent got wrong and explain why Experience running what you built, including live triage and diagnosing slow endpoints or stuck jobs Hands-on experience with LLMs in real systems
