Senior Technical Sourcer (Fixed-Term)

Qualification

5+ years of proven experience as a technical sourcer or a similar talent acquisition role Experience sourcing across multiple technical disciplines — such as software engineering, systems engineering, mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering — with the ability to evaluate candidate fit at a screening level Proficiency with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar) and a strong commitment to data integrity Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling, personalized candidate outreach and to communicate credibly with technical talent Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing and talent intelligence platforms (e.g., HireEZ, Seekout, or similar) Proven ability to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for a full book of work — setting priorities, managing competing requisitions, and making sound, independent judgments about where to invest sourcing effort Preferred Skills &
