Job description
Convey is looking for a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, security, and performance of our cloud-based applications and infrastructure. In this role, you'll troubleshoot complex production issues, manage cloud infrastructure, execute critical deployments, and help strengthen operational best practices across the team. You'll work across AWS and GCP environments, using tools like Terraform to manage infrastructure and support secure, reliable systems. What You'll Do Own complex production incidents from investigation through resolution. Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Execute staging and production deployments, including high-impact releases. Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
