Job description
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily RCC conventional construction and finishing works at project sites. Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing activities. Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and engineers. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule. Check workmanship and maintain required quality and safety standards. Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage at the site. Resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with the engineering tea
