Job description
At Aminu, our lab isn’t a back room. It’s where ideas turn into textures, ingredients turn into impact, and curiosity turns into products people actually trust with their skin. We’re looking for an R&D Associate who doesn’t just follow formulations — but questions them . Someone who enjoys the science and the messiness of building products from scratch: thinking with the founder, experimenting freely in the lab, and seeing formulations all the way through to production. You will be expected to take ownership of formulations, not just execute experiments. If you’ve worked in a cosmetic/skincare/haircare lab and often thought, “I’d do this differently,” this role is for you. Please note this role requires prior hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation within skincare, haircare, or personal care labs.
