Job description
What Impact You'll Have GRVTY is seeking Software Engineers for multiple openings supporting mission-focused applications, data platforms, and software solutions. Opportunities span Java/backend development, Python and AI integration, and Kubernetes-focused software engineering. You will collaborate with engineers and customer stakeholders to develop reliable, secure, and maintainable software. Your responsibilities will align with your experience, technical specialty, and the needs of the specific opening. What You'll be Owning Depending on your assignment, you will: Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications, services, and reusable components. Build and integrate enterprise APIs, RESTful web services, and microservices. Develop Python-based services and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Relevant software engineering experience and education appropriate to the opening: All openings require at least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years with a related master’s degree; or 9 years with a high-school diploma or equivalent; Senior openings require at least 9 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor’s degree; 7 years with a related master’s degree; or 13 years with a high-school diploma or equivalent; For designated openings, an applicable DoD 8140/8570 certification, such as Security+, or the ability to obtain the required certification within the specified timeframe, which may be within 60 days of hire; All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability
