Qualification
4-8 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch Management tools. Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching. Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune. Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM. Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure. Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.
