Job description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager in Torque Tube to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. Your responsibilities: • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime • Oversee a workforce of employees in the manufacturing department • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines • Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel • Provide motivation, support and guidance
