Job description
TEAM LEAD Job Summary: The Team is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the PTL operations within the warehouse. This role ensures that all processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies. The Team Lead will manage a team of associates, provide training and support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise PTL Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the PTL system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets. Ensure all orders are picked accurately and on time. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of PTL associates. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide feedback. Qualification
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
