What will you be doing? As a Team Lead Service , you organize and coordinate the activities within the team. You monitor the planning, quality, and capacity of the international service team. In addition, you act as the link between the Service Manager, Service Coordinators, and Service Engineers, including colleagues at international locations. You ensure that your team members have the right resources, knowledge, and support to perform their work effectively. You lead in a coaching-oriented manner and encourage both the personal and professional development of your team members.
