Qualification
4 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Operations, Account Management, or Project Coordination roles. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, project tracking, and documentation tools. Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, retail tech, logistics, or enterprise platforms is preferred.
