Job description
Department : Manufacturing / Production Location : Surendranagar Reporting to : Production Executive / Supervisor Job Purpose : To operate, monitor, and maintain nasal spray filling and packing machinery, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with GMP guidelines. Key Responsibilities : Machine Operation Operate nasal spray filling, crimping, labeling, and packing machines as per the production plan. Perform line clearance and equipment setup as per SOPs. Ensure correct machine settings (speed, volume, etc.) before and during production. Monitor the operation continuously for smooth functioning and product quality. Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conduct minor maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and tightening. Identify basic mechanical issues and report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
