High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and SOPs. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Working Conditions: This position requires working in a controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures. Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the production schedule.
