Job description
Teen Coordinator is responsible for teen program/club development, supervision, recruitment/retention and implementation of the Y’s teen programs, Under the supervision of the Associate Executive Director or the Family and Sports Director the role will include facilitating small group activities, modeling & reinforcing our character traits- responsibility, caring, honesty, and respect throughout the program as well as provide a safe environment for all the young people at your YMCA. Schedule: Part Time, up to 25 hours per week · Deliver quality programs to meet the needs of middle and high school students, ensuring that YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures are being enforced and respected. · Recruit and Retain Teen Program Participants for Signature Programs · Work with the Associate Executive Director, to set goals and review the standards in the implementation of activities
