Teen Leader

The Teen Leader position is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the YMCA by assisting staff, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service to members and visitors. General responsibilities include setting up and organizing activities, maintaining the tidiness of common areas, monitoring facility safety, and engaging with members in a professional and courteous manner. Incumbents are expected to collaborate effectively with team members, follow instructions from supervisors, and participate in required training sessions as directed. They may work in conjunction with the teen leadership to support various departments within the YMCA. This is a part-time seasonal opportunity from September 21st - December 28th.
