Training and Performance Support Lead

Qualification

5+ years of experience conducting training across multiple geographic locations within the United States. 5+ years of experience developing, drafting, and maintaining training materials or curricula aligned with established standards. Demonstrated experience instructing military audiences in classroom and field environments. Strong understanding of training design methodologies and instructional standards. Ability to communicate complex intelligence concepts clearly and effectively.
