Graduate Job Summary: We are looking for a Travel Consultant – Ticketing, Refunds & Reissues to manage domestic and international ticketing operations, including bookings, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and schedule changes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems, strong knowledge of airline fare rules and refund processes, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely support while ensuring compliance with airline and company policies. Job Responsibilities: Handle international flight amendments, including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction, as per airline policies. Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases. Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases. Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies. Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools. Maintain TAT and SLA as per company standards. Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper case notes in the system. Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.
