The role involves validating booking requests, issuing tickets, resolving booking exceptions, and ensuring seamless processing within defined SLAs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline booking processes, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with airlines, technology, and operations teams to maintain high booking accuracy and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and process domestic and international LCC bookings received through API integrations. Validate booking requests, passenger details, fare accuracy, ticket status, and payment confirmations before ticket issuance. Issue tickets through airline portals and internal booking systems within defined SLAs. Handle booking failures, duplicate bookings, fare mismatches, payment discrepancies, and API exceptions. Coordinate with airlines, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve booking-related issues. Manage booking queues to ensure timely processing and minimal turnaround time.
