ABOUT THE UI DESIGNER ROLE: WIN is looking for a talented UI Designers to create modern, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences across our web and mobile products. You will work closely with Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering teams to transform concepts, user flows, and product requirements into polished, functional interfaces. We are looking for someone who combines strong visual design fundamentals with curiosity and speed. You should enjoy experimenting with new ideas, embracing emerging design technologies, and using AI-powered tools to explore design directions, generate references, rapidly prototype concepts, and iterate faster. As we continue to build AI-enabled products and experiences, you will play an important role in defining how those experiences look, feel, and come to life for our users. Qualification
5+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI work across web and/or mobile products. Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools. Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for design inspiration, visual exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping. Experience with tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit, v0.dev, Magic Patterns, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly , or similar AI-assisted design and prototyping platforms is preferred. Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and interaction design. Experience creating and working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns. Curious and experimental mindset with a passion for embracing new tools, technologies, and faster ways of designing. Ability to rapidly prototype, receive feedback, and iterate without compromising design quality.
