About the Role At Techdome, bidding is a core growth engine, not a side task. As our Upwork Bidder, you’ll run the full cycle from spotting the right project to closing the deal across our Web & App Development, UI/UX & Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing/SEO services. Your proposals will directly shape our revenue and client base. What You’ll Do Find and bid on relevant Upwork projects that fit our services and strengths Write tailored, persuasive proposals for every job, with no copy-paste pitches Manage client conversations from first reply through scoping, negotiation, and closing Work with the tech, design, and marketing teams to prepare accurate estimates and timelines Keep our Upwork profile, portfolio, and case studies sharp and up to date Track bids, replies, conversions, and revenue, and share regular performance reports Use Connects wisely and keep up with Upwork’s algorithm
