Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally Experience supporting small businesses, startups, or multiple clients is a plus Additional accounting or bookkeeping certifications preferred Technical Skills Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following: QuickBooks Xero NetSuite Sage FreshBooks Wave Accounting Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Bank reconciliation and journal entries Invoice processing and billing management Financial reporting and bookkeeping documentation Payroll processing and payroll tax support Accounts cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping Expense tracking and b
