We're looking for a Product Engineer to be the embedded technical presence for our customer-facing platform, based out of our Brooklyn office. This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer who wants ownership over both the "what" and the "how" - working directly with our customer-facing team to understand pain points, then building the fix yourself. You'll work closely with our Director of Engineering and customer-facing leadership to prioritize what gets built, and with modern, AI-enabled workflows to build it fast. What you'll do: Discovery & Product Ownership Work directly with our customer-facing team and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and identify what's worth building next. These are the accredited, compliance-constrained deployments our government customers run on, including our FedRAMP environments and dedicated sovereign clusters.
