Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Strategic Account Management organization is looking for a tenured, Spanish bilingual customer-facing professional to manage relationships with some of Square’s largest sellers and grow our Restaurant Strategic Accounts program. This program establishes, retains, and grows Square’s most valuable and engaged single-brand sellers. You will work with business owners and c-level executives to find creative ways for Square’s first and third party ecosystem to solve their complex business needs across verticals and channels. You will enable sellers to grow with Square while serving as an upmarket seller advocate to product teams. Up to 50% of your book of business will be Spanish speaking. The ideal candidate

On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About the role Our dentist business is being rebuilt, and we need someone who actually knows digital dentistry to stand beside our customers while we do it. Right now, dentists who send us digital cases are largely unsupported. There's no one dedicated to following up after a case comes in, answering design questions before they become problems, or helping a practice get more out of the platform. That work currently sits with one person who is also covering the lab side and simply doesn't have the hours. You would own it. You are the person a dentist talks to about their case — the one who understands what makes a case good, can say so plainly, and can push back when a clinician has it wrong. This is not a design seat. You are not producing the cases yourself. What you'll do Talk to dentists. Proactive follow-up after cases are submitted, consultation when they have questions, troubleshooting when something goes wrong. Review cases. Assess case quality and design architecture, and advise on how to get better outcomes. Grow existing accounts. Work with practices already sending to us on how to send more, and more of the right kind. Feed the product. Bring what you hear from dentists back to marketing, engineering, and product so the platform keeps improving. Spot the advocates. Identify customers who could become key opinion leaders for the business. What success looks like In your first 6–12 months, ranked: Increase case volume from existing dentist customers by 25% Build genuine working relationships across the customer base Identify and develop customer KOLs for the business What you'll decide on your own You'll own the day-to-day: who to call, what to escalate, what gets discussed with customers, and small refunds and credits. Larger refunds go to your manager. This role does not manage people. What we need from you Hands-on digital case design experience. You have designe

You are technically-oriented with a desire to continuously uplevel your skills, creatively solve problems, and liaise with stakeholders across the business to develop solutions and services to solve customer pain points. This is a remote role open to applicants within Maharashtra, India. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage a book of customers and serve as their named technical consultant, providing ongoing expertise, guidance, and product value; manage delivery timelines, milestones, technical optimization goals, and facilitate business transformation strategies Work closely with Professional Services colleagues to manage the complex integrations of high-value customers who subscribe to paid services Act as a key member of the customer account team: champion the customer’s technical needs; advocate internally to resolve or enhance the customer’s product experience; and develop strong and trusted relationships with clients Identify opportunities for account growth where applicable, and escalate to the account management team Build monthly, quarterly or annual plans for customers to ensure consumption of purchased TAM hours; produce monthly consumption reporting for your book of business; develop risk mitigation strategies against carry-over of unused deliverables Have an advanced understanding our core Hootsuite platform, integrations and relevant APIs; continuously upskill on our product tech stack and emerging social media technologies (e.g. ChatBots, AI) to serve as internal subject
