Job & Department Summary Showpad’s Revenue Operations team owns the systems, data, and operating processes that allow the go-to-market organization to sell, service, and grow revenue. The team spans five disciplines — GTM Systems, Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — across North America, EMEA, and India. The GTM Project Manager exists to make that team deliver predictably. Today, Revenue Operations runs a large and highly interdependent portfolio, and the senior specialists who should be solving commercial and technical problems are instead managing their own project logistics: chasing stakeholders, scheduling follow-ups, keeping tickets current, and reporting status. This role takes that work off them and does it better. The role is based in Pune and reports to the Director, GTM Strategy. It supports the entire Revenue Operations team rather than any single function, and it is deliberately positioned as a delivery role, not an administrative one. The person in this seat is expected to hold senior stakeholders to commitments, surface risk before a date slips rather than after, and own a subset of projects end to end. How the role splits Approximately 25% of the role is ownership of the Revenue Operations backlog in Jira: data accuracy, delivery governance, reporting, cadence, and direct management of selected projects. The remaining 75% is embedded delivery support across Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — driving the cross-functional projects those functions depend on, and unblocking the dependencies between them. Why this role matters Revenue Operations sits upstream of the company’s ability to quote, book, forecast, renew, and report. When a Revenue Operations project slips, a sales team loses visibility, a renewal notification does not send, or an executive forecast is built on incomplete data. This role is the difference between a capable team and a team that reliably lands

SLSQ327R566 Mission Databricks is seeking a Manager, Marketing Insights Business Partner to serve as the embedded insights partner to the [VP/GM] of EMEA Marketing and their leadership team. This role exists to create leverage: to make marketing performance easier to understand, easier to act on, and easier to improve. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Insights, you will bring analytical rigor and a clear point of view to how EMEA plans, forecasts, measures, and improves its work. Beyond reporting on outcomes, you will produce the forecast leadership plans against, hold visibility into how the work itself is running, and help scope and land the pilots that change how we operate. You will partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Campaign Operations, Marketing Platform & Systems, Sales Operations and Finance. The impact you will have: Serve as the insights partner to the [VP/GM] of EMEA Marketing and their leadership team, delivering the analysis and narrative required for business reviews, QBRs, and pipeline councils, so that leadership forums produce actionable decisions. Maintain a single, trusted view of EMEA marketing performance across a consistent framework of marketing motions, standardizing dashboards and reporting inputs so teams work from a consistent read on what is working, what is not, and where risk is emerging. Support functional target-setting model for EMEA, including program, channel, and product-level contribution, and produce the forecast leadership plans that other teams can rely on. Maintain the leading-indicator framework for EMEA, identifying the early signals that predict outcome performance, so that intervention happens while the quarter can still change, rather than being diagnosed after it closes. Translate performance data into insight, implications, and recommended areas of focus tied to internal milestones and supporting cross-functional requirements within regions. About the Role Global Safety and Security (GSS) protects our people, our sites, and the physical and logical systems that keep the business running. Our security and protection programs are never single-team efforts: one rollout can touch physical security operations, customer experiences, site readiness, hardware provisioning, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity, and the data platforms above them — spanning many countries, on timelines tied to leases, permits, and vendors. About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We are looking for a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for our global Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable, you will be the single point of accountability for who our vendors are and get paid: onboarding, bank-detail verification, supporting documentation vetting, data quality and the controls around all of it. Anthropic's vendor base is growing quickly across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a clean, verified vendor data is what keeps a fast-growing company scale with the necessary controls. This role is deliberately separate from invoice processing and payments. You will control vendor records and bank details; you will not book invoices or move money.
