ABOUT THE TEAM The Systems Engineering team in Rubrik's Developer Platform organization owns the reliability of Rubrik Cloud Data Management (CDM) and RSC-P products. Our customers trust Rubrik to recover their data on the worst day of their year. We make sure the software holds up under that pressure, at scale, over months of continuous operation, and in the face of failure. We build the infrastructure and pipelines that let product teams validate stress, scale, longevity and resilience, and we own the call on whether a release is reliable enough to ship. We work with component teams, product management and release managers to build reliability early, rather than inspect for it at the end. What we own Release reliability certification. We own the reliability decision behind every CDM and RSC-P release, based on evidence from the platforms and pipelines we build. Stress, scale and chaos platforms. We build the infrastructure and pipelines for these validations, and give product teams self-service tools so they can validate their own work without waiting on us. Extreme-scale simulation. We build simulators that reproduce very large customer environments cost-efficiently. Long-running, customer-like environments. We operate and evolve clusters that run for months and mirror real customer deployments, so we find longevity problems before customers do. AI-driven triage and reliability. We build triage agents that investigate bugs, incidents and alerts, and we apply AI across our
