About the role (Remote) We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our global UX team. You'll own design within your product cluster — working directly with the engineers and PMs in those areas to define problems, shape solutions, and ship work that holds up. This is an end-to-end role. You lead discovery, define the interaction model, produce specs, and stay close through implementation. You're also expected to contribute to the systems and standards the whole team relies on. The Senior Product Designer will report to our Product Design Manager, and will work with our EU, UK and US based designers. You're part of a distributed team, so async clarity and proactive communication are as important as craft. What you’ll do Lead the design of complex AI-powered interactions in your product cluster, accounting for trust, transparency, fallback states, and human-in-the-loop considerations Embrace the use of modern AI-based tools like Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, Vercel, Loveable or equivalent not as theatre, but as a meaningful multiplier to your workflow. Partner with our UX research team to lead interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis and translate findings into clear product direction and guidance Develop presentations, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design intent across web and mobile surfaces. Partner with PMs to shape requirements and with engineers to protect design intent through delivery Contribute to Showpad's design systems — adding components, documenting patterns, raising consistency across product areas Communicate design rationale through strategic storytelling: you can walk a PM, an engineer, and a senior stakeholder through the same decision and each one gets what they need Establish scalable AI-assisted workflows for your own work — research synthesis, rapid prototyping, concept generation — and help others on the team use them effectively Deliver UX solutions that measurably improve

On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St The Real Talk Right now we've got four product pillars that need coordination, Product Managers (Revenue Engineers) who need unblocking, and frankly, we need someone who can run with this independently. If you're looking for a well-defined role with clear swim lanes and quarterly OKRs already mapped out, this isn't it. But if you've done product leadership at a vertical SaaS company or a services-to software hybrid where you had to figure out a complex domain on the fly, we should talk. What's Actually Going On Here One of the biggest challenges dental labs face is administrative chaos. We build the software, outsourced CAD design, and workflow automation that fixes that. A Command Center is the surface a specific person in a dental lab — the designer, the QC tech, the shipping coordinator — is supposed to start their day in. The measure of whether one worked isn't whether it shipped. It's whether the person whose job it was built for opens it in a normal week. Two things are missing between here and there. Nobody has written the spec that says what a Command Center must contain, what's optional, and what stops it shipping. And nobody is in the labs finding out what those jobs actually look like. You'd own both. What You'll Own Own the Command Center framework: Write the spec - what every Command Center must have, what's optional, what stops it from shipping Get into dental labs in person and create products tailored to them Measure it on whether the lab role it was built for actually uses in a normal week Keep the pillars coordinated: Unified Digital Intake (our wedge product) AI-Powered Quality Control (RX and scan validation) EviSmart Comm (case communication - this one's urgent, competitive pressure) Autonomous CAD (AI-powered design

About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics in the long term. If you have a passion for applying autonomous technologies in a service used by millions of people, then we want to talk to you! About the Role As an Industrial Designer on our team, you will own the design of physical products and help elevate our brand’s experience through form, function and manufacturability. You’ll be responsible for leading concept ideation, CAD modelling and prototyping, working across mechanical, electronics and user-experience domains. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, user-research and marketing, and participate in decision-making around product direction. This role offers ownership across the design lifecycle — from early sketches through production launch. You're excited about this opportunity because... Lead end-to-end design projects: develop concept sketches, CAD/3D models, renderings and physical prototypes. Conduct research into user needs, market trends, materials, manufacturing processes (injection moulding, thermoforming, additive manufacturing) and competitive products. Translate design intent into detailed specifications: materials, geometry, finishes, ergonomics, manufacturing constraints. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and product to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness and alignment with brand and product vision. Build and iterate prototypes (3D prints, machined models, mock-ups), validate usability, aesthetics, functionality and manufacturability. Present design concepts, flows and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporate feedback and drive decisions. Contribute to design language, visual identity and brand consistency across products. Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll shape real, tangible products that users will interact with and rely on. You’ll work in a small, high-impact team where your contributions
