About the Team DoorDash Digital Ordering is DoorDash’s leading SaaS business unit, offering a suite of products across online ordering, branded websites and mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and more that enable restaurants to reach customers and grow their revenue through their own first-party channels. The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas to help them grow their business and improve working lives in one of the country’s biggest industry sectors. Strategy & Operations sits at the center of that opportunity. The team partners with Product to set the strategy and vision for every offering in the suite, across our SMB and enterprise merchants. We decide what to build, where to invest, and how to bring it to market, and we learn by putting products in front of merchants and running the experiments that show us what moves their business. As part of this team, the Associate will take end-to-end ownership of one or more product initiatives and lead the cross-functional execution that brings them to life. Your work will be instrumental to helping grow Digital Ordering into an industry-leading B2B SaaS offering. About the Role As an Associate on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team, you will own one or more product initiatives within our first-party suite from end to end. You will develop the strategy, define key results, and drive execution in partnership with S&O, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who can move fast and wear many hats, equal parts analyst, builder, operator, and cross-functional leader. You will own zero-to-one experiments and initiatives that improve products already operating at scale, help shape the roadmap with Product, and work directly with merchants and frontline teams to identify
Who Are We? Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for regional and national restaurants. We help brands drive profitable growth by increasing guest frequency, growing digital sales, and reducing reliance on discounts. Most loyalty platforms work for guests who are already loyal. Thanx unifies loyalty, digital ordering, and marketing automation in one platform that turns first-time and casual guests into regulars, treating loyalty as a business outcome, not a program, and engaging across the entire guest base. Thanx has raised more than $30M from elite investors including M33 Growth, Ribbit Capital, and Sequoia Capital. Our success is rooted in a culture that has attracted some of the best talent in the country, and we are proud of strong employee tenure, a track record of internal promotions, and the company-wide shift to working AI-native over the last 18 months. We credit our cultural “core behaviors” with these accomplishments: Think Boldly, Execute Reliably, Focus on What Matters, Say “Thanx” Genuinely, Encourage Diverse Perspectives, and Lead, Virtually. Who are you? You’re a strategist first. You set the direction for a brand relationship and can navigate a large, complex organization to build real relationships with senior leaders. You’re self-motivated and decisive: you don’t wait for a perfect plan or someone’s permission to move, and you know which problems are worth running at. You direct cross-functional teams like a business owner, not a project manager. You use AI daily to work faster and think sharper, not just to grind through busywork. You’re direct, you’re a team player, and you’re ready to own outcomes for the brands that matter most to our business. You've spent enough time on complex enterprise accounts to know how these relationships actually work: where a renewal is really won and what a CFO will push back on. You operate without a lot of direction, hold a point of view in front of senior stakeholders, and figure things out

Technical Support Engineer New York City · Hybrid · Engineering · Two openings Welcome to Glide Glide is the operating system that community banks and credit unions run their business on. Account opening, lending, servicing, retention. Most of these institutions are running on cores designed in the 1980s. We are the modern software layer on top, and increasingly the agentic one. Our platform touches people at the moments that matter most to them financially: opening an account, applying for a loan, getting a decision. We serve institutions across the country, with dozens more integrating. Our team brings engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We are backed by Pear and Acrew. The role We are hiring two Technical Support Engineers to join the small team that owns production quality for the entire platform. This is not a ticket-routing job. Our support engineers own bugs end to end: they take an ambiguous report from a financial institution, drive it to a real root cause across the frontend, backend, and a stack of banking integrations, ship the fix themselves, and prove it works. What makes the job unusual is how it gets done. This team runs AI coding agents as a production system, not as autocomplete. A triage agent proposes a root cause. The engineer decides whether it is right, and steers it when it is not. The agent writes the code, a second agent reviews it, and the engineer reviews, tests, and records the evidence before anything ships. The team built the tooling that makes this possible: internal MCP servers, slash commands for each stage of the workflow, an auto-triage loop feeding the bug board. The result is a very small number of people holding quality for a platform serving a lot of institutions. So we are not hiring for typing speed. Agents are fast and often confidently wrong. We are hiring for the judgment they do not have: recognizing when a plausible answer is the wrong one, knowing what not to change, and being a

The role sits in Financial Partnerships and reports into its leadership, with direct exposure to the CRO and CEO, who sponsor this mandate. It carries no formal authority over the functions it depends on — Legal, Compliance, Risk, Corporate Secretarial, Treasury, Product, Finance — and every timeline you own runs through them. Influence, preparation, and follow-through are the job. We are hiring this role at manager through lead level. We will scope the mandate, the market load, and the title to the person we hire rather than the other way around. Responsibilities Market intelligence: Screen and rank candidate markets on market size, regulatory openness, payment rails, competitive density, and merchant demand. Maintain a live pipeline and a decision-ready entry book per market. Business case and investment decision: Build the cost-to-
