This is a highly operational role that goes well beyond calendar management. You’ll own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Engineering organization, ensuring leaders are prepared, priorities stay coordinated, and critical meetings, communications, and follow-ups happen seamlessly. You’ll partner closely with senior engineering leaders and serve as a trusted point of coordination for employees, customers, candidates, and external partners. Success in this role comes from exceptional organization, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to keep many moving pieces aligned in a fast-growing environment.
