The mission of The New York Times is to seek the truth and help people understand the world. That means independent journalism is at the heart of all we do as a company. It’s why we have a world-renowned newsroom that sends journalists to report on the ground from nearly 160 countries. It’s why we focus deeply on how our readers will experience our journalism, from print to audio to a world-class digital and app destination. And it’s why our business strategy centers on making journalism so good that it’s worth paying for. Serial Productions, in collaboration with The New York Times Metro desk, is launching a new bi-weekly narrative podcast focused on New York City. The podcast will be accompanied by weekly editorial extensions — primarily social video, but also newsletters and live events — that share the sensibility of the show while standing alone as distinctive creative work. The Senior Multimedia Producer will lead the conception, production and evolution of these extensions, helping invent a distinctive visual language that translates Serial's narrative, character-driven stories about New Yorkers into social-first video and other formats that feel unmistakably of New York City. This role is a key member of the Serial editorial team and will work closely with Serial producers and editors, New York Times video, social and marketing teams, and freelance collaborators to create fun, experimental and ambitious content that grows and deepens the audience for the show and for Serial more broadly. This role is based in New York City. The Senior Multimedia Producer is expected to spend significant time in person with Serial, Metro and partner teams, in accordance with New York Times policies, while also doing field and location work across the city as needed. Responsibilities: Lead the editorial vision and production strategy for all extensions to the podcast, including social video, newsletters and live or virtual events. Datadog
📍 New York• Full-time• From $139K/yr
2mo ago

Reports to: Head of Developer Growth · New York, NY NOTE: This is not a traditional marketing role, it's a growth role that reports into the Product org. We're hiring someone to build our developer audience the way the best consumer brands build audiences, with a real voice, a point of view, and the speed to act on both. You'll own where and how we show up in the places developers actually spend time, run our developer social channels, expand into new ones, and build the tooling and measurement behind it. This is a builder role, not simply a coordination role. What You'll Do: Own the voice, editorial standard, and publishing cadence for Datadog's developer channels (@datadogdevs on X, Datadog Developers on LinkedIn) Treat replies as a primary surface. The best accounts win in the mentions, not the feed Expand into the places developers actually spend time: Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Bluesky, dev.to, Hacker News, and whatever you make the case for. Always openly as Datadog — developers catch anything else immediately, and you only get caught once Turn shipped engineering work into things people want to read and watch. Releases, changelogs, war stories, the occasional postmortem that deserves a wider audience Build the attribution model connecting what you publish to trials and signups. Nobody is handing you this one Run real experiments: a hypothesis, a readout, and the willingness to kill something publicly when it doesn't work Lead the developer content engine around events Get other people posting — Datadog engineers under their own names, and developers outside the company who already like us and could use the support Track what developers are saying about us and our competitors, and route it back to product and growth Who You Are: You've grown an audience from a small number to a large one You can point to outcomes your content moved, not just reach You're a strong writer with a distinctive voice, and you know the difference between writing about an audience and

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role As a Product Engineer, you’ll take emerging ideas from concept to polished experiences. You’ll build sophisticated, intuitive user experiences while working across AI models, agentic workflows, and all parts of web infrastructure to ship complete products. The Goal: Build products that can define major new categories for Replit. You will combine the flexibility of software with the accessibility of presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards, and visual editors, enabling anyone to create powerful, interactive artifacts through natural language. The Audience: We build for the next generation of creators, knowledge workers, and high-leverage teams. Our users should be able to turn an idea, dataset, or business problem into a polished, editable, and shareable product just by themselves. Candidates who thrive here often have the product judgment, technical range, and ownership mindset associated with founders. This is a high-visibility role working closely with product leadership. How we work Structure: We operate as a collective of in-house technical founders, not narrowly specialized engineers. Initiatives are run by lean, autonomous teams built for velocity and technical leverage. Engineers maintain meaningful ownership over technical direction, product quality, and launch success, supported by Product and Design partners. Cadence: We work in focused three-week sprints, shipping quickly, observing real user behavior, and incorporating feedback into each iteration. We value decisive execution, thoughtful experimentation, and the ability to make progress without perfectly defined requirements. Supabase
📍 Remote• Full-time
2mo ago

Team Frontend within Supabase owns tooling for the marketing/docs website and the core product called “Studio” Its used by millions of developers around the world building insanely cool applications. We live and die by user feedback and relentlessly address issues every day to make the product better! What You’ll Own Ship products 0→1 and then earn the next version from users. You’ll take features from a blank editor to real users in production, then use what you learn (support threads, usage data, direct conversations) to decide what to build next. We want someone who has done this before: launched something, watched real people use it, and improved it on the strength of that feedback rather than a spec handed down from above. Own the quality pipeline, not just the feature. In a world where an agent writes a large share of the code, fast, the CI is what keeps that speed safe. You’ll build and tighten the layered checks that let us move quickly without breaking things: type safety at the boundaries, lint and format, unit and component tests, contract tests against our APIs, accessibility, visual regression, and bundle-size budgets, so a red check tells you (or the agent) exactly what to fix before anything reaches users. Make sure a bug caught once is caught forever. When something slips through, you don’t just patch it. You add the check that would have caught it, at the cheapest stage that can, so the same regression can’t happen twice. Work end-to-end and in the open. Frontend UI, the API contracts it depends on, preview deploys, observability. You’ll operate autonomously across the stack and do it publicly, in a codebase thousands of developers read and contribute to. What You’ll Bring A track record of taking a product from 0→1. You’ve launched something real, put it in front of users, and iterated based on how they actually used it, ideally something you can point us to. Deep frontend fundamentals with strong React.
