About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Frontier AI is on track to be among the most consequential and most adversarially-targeted technology in the world. The capability curve is steep, the adversaries who want these systems are extremely well-resourced, and the security bar this will eventually require is well beyond where the industry operates today. Incremental hardening alone is not going to close that gap, so we need breakthroughs and a group of people to go find them. Security Labs is that team. We run a portfolio of high-risk, high-expected-value security projects: the work that seems impractical until someone optimistic and stubborn enough actually tries it. Projects run on the order of weeks rather than quarters, and each one is either handed off to the Anthropic team that will own it in production or wound down with a writeup of what we learned. We expect a meaningful fraction of our bets not to land. This team is intentionally scrappy and ambitious. We're intentionally iterating fast on high-risk research bets and we expect a meaningful fraction not to land. If a 30% project success rate sounds uncomfortable, or uncharted and chaotic territory isn’t both frightening and exciting, this probably isn't the right fit. There are other places in Anthropic Security doing important work with more structure, less risk, and more certain paths to positive outcomes. The questions we're trying to answer include: Can our core research workflows survive extreme isolation? Can we replace trust with cryptographic guarantees? Can the models themselves become our most effective security control? What would it actually take to defend against a tier-1 state adve
About the Team An instrumental part of GOAT Group, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of activities, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brands. As a member of this team, you will work to execute thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company. Role Overview GOAT Group is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to run our paid social and video acquisition strategy. You will own and operate Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. You will also develop the creative testing roadmap and leverage incrementality to measure performance. This role reports to the AVP of Growth. We expect AI fluency in practice. As targeting, bidding, and placement have moved inside the platforms’ models, creative has become the main lever you control. Leveraging AI tools for strategic research and automating operations will be key to success. Much of our process is being automated through internal AI workflows, so this role will have more emphasis on workflow oversight. In this role, you will: Run day-to-day paid social and video across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube: campaign build, budget pacing, audience and placement setup, and optimization against incrementality KPIs. Plan and execute the creative testing roadmap — write briefs, launch tests, experiment readouts. Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, internal workflows) for strategic research and operations. You'll partner closely with the AVP of Growth to continually develop and improve AI workflows. Build and maintain the weekly and monthly creative performance marketing reports. Partner with Brand and Creative on asset needs, turning performance reads into specific, useful creative direction. Run structured tests — holdouts, geo splits, incrementality reads — supporting the AVP of Growth, and interpret the results honestly against platform-reported numbers. Flag new formats, placements, and platform features worth testing, and make the case for trying them. How Success
About the Team Within Finance & Strategy, the General & Administrative (G&A) Finance & Strategy team partners with leaders across DoorDash’s corporate functions to plan resources, track performance, and support investment decisions as the company grows. This role will be the primary finance partner to our Legal organization, including Litigation, Legal Operations, Corporate Legal, and Product Legal, and will help build the consolidated planning and reporting tools our broader team relies on. We expect this role to be primarily based in San Francisco, CA, New York, NY. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Associate to help shape how DoorDash invests in its Legal organization over the long term, while owning the planning, forecasting, and reporting that make those decisions possible. You will partner with Legal leaders to understand what shapes their spend, from outside counsel and litigation matters to headcount and legal technology, and turn that understanding into clear forecasts and investment recommendations. Legal spend can be hard to predict, so success in this role means building trusted relationships, bringing structure to uncertainty, and giving leadership an accurate, early view of risks and opportunities. This role is well suited for someone who wants to move past “what is the budget” to “what is the right level of investment, and how will we know it is working.” You will report into the Director who leads our Global G&A Finance team in our Finance & Strategy organization. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Partner with leaders across Litigation, Legal Operations, Corporate Legal, and Product Legal to shape long term investment decisions, such as when to bring work in house and how to consolidate outside counsel. About the role Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and detection and enforcement systems that define and hold the limits on how Claude can be used. Within Safeguards, our Policy, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence teams work as one org: Policy Design defines what is and isn't allowed across harm areas, Enforcement detects and acts on violations, and Threat Intelligence investigates sophisticated misuse and emerging threats. That work runs across a lot of teams and moves fast. A single decision can touch model training, detection systems, product launches, legal review, and external communications. As the org's program manager, you'll keep all of it moving: tracking the portfolio across all three teams, running the processes that connect their work to each other and to the rest of the company, and making sure the right people are aligned before decisions land. Your work will include the operating rhythm (planning, priorities, status, and decision tracking), launch and release readiness across policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence workstreams, and the processes that support how we share our work externally, including blog posts, threat reports, and other publications. You'll work closely with the org's leadership to spot risks early, clear blockers, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction. This role is a good fit for someone who brings structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work without adding overhead, and who can earn the trust of policy experts, researchers, and engineers alike. Important context for this role: some of the work may involve exposure to explicit content, including materia

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams shape how people inside the company and around the world understand AI, its risks, and its benefits. They move fast, often through moments that make headlines. We're looking for a recruiting leader to run the team that hires for them. In this role you will lead a team of experienced recruiters and be the main recruiting partner to the leaders of these functions and their operations partners. The team is seasoned, and each recruiter brings deep context on the business. From day one you have two first priorities: the team you manage and the leaders you support. You might spend one hour coaching a recruiter through a hard search and the next working with a senior leader on how their organization needs to grow. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and retain a team of senior recruiters, with a focus on fast and timely feedback Build deep trust with the leaders of Communications, Brand, and Marketing. Learn what they need, raise hiring risks early, and push back when the plan and the market don't match. Run a tight operation. Own headcount plans, pipeline data, and reporting, and keep them accurate enough that leaders and operations partners can plan from them. Use data to show where each search stands, where it is stuck, and what it will take to close. Work with the operations partners for these teams on headcount, planning, and priorities, and treat them as true partners. Set one consistent process across the team: how a search runs, how interviews are structured, how data stays clean, and how recruiters use our systems and Claude workflows.
