About the Role As a Strategic Finance Senior Associate at Together, you will own the cost side of our data center build-outs. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, Infrastructure, you will be the financial counterpart to our Infrastructure Strategy team: building and maintaining the cost base for every deployment, validating that build-outs are tracking to plan, and helping evaluate the economics of the sites we take on next. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the center of the largest capital decisions the company makes. The ideal candidate has done this before: inside a hyperscaler, neocloud, colocation provider, or data center developer, or covering data centers from the investing side, and pairs real infrastructure fluency with exceptional financial rigor. Responsibilities Own the cost base and cost forecast for Together's data center build-outs, spanning data center non-recurring costs, hardware capex across GPUs, networking, and storage, and ongoing operating costs Validate that build-outs are tracking to plan: maintain budget-versus-actual against approved estimates, flag variances early with a clear read on the driver, and work with Infrastructure Strategy and Infrastructure Engineering to close them out Maintain the all-in unit cost of owned capacity, on a dollars-per-GPU-hour basis by GPU type, as the source of truth used for pricing, margin, and capital allocation decisions Partner with Infrastructure Strategy to evaluate new data center opportunities, building the economics for candidate sites including prepays, financing requirements, tax treatment and incentives, and total cost of ownership over the life of the site Pressure-test hardware cost assumptions and surface savings opportunities with Infrastructure Engineering and Infrastructure Strategy, from equipment choices to storage sizing and cluster configuration trade-offs at different scales Translate hardware delivery timelines and payment milestones maintained by Infrastructure S

Build something people love Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work . About the team The tax team sits inside Finance and looks after Wealthsimple's own corporate tax position. We're deliberately building out specialist tax functions: one lane owns direct tax, another owns transfer pricing and international tax. The team is small, the entity group isn't, and we're putting in place the review and documentation discipline that investor-grade reporting depends on. If you'd rather set a technical standard than inherit one, this is a good moment to join. About the role Reporting to the Director of Tax, you'll own the direct tax lane: our income tax provision, corporate compliance, deferred tax attribute tracking, corporate tax forecasting, and the technical positions behind them. Indirect tax and transfer pricing sit with other specialists, so you can go deep rather than wide. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Prepare or review the income tax provision each month, quarter, and year, covering current and deferred tax, the effective tax rate reconciliation, provision-to-return true-ups, and tax account reconciliations. Set the technical standard for direct tax: what gets independently recalculated, what can be accepted on the preparer's support, and what evidence a review leaves behind. You'll shape the workpapers, registers and review workflow that carry that standard, including where AI/automation takes o

Banking hasn't changed much in decades. We're changing that. One product at a time. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank building the future of financial life with AI at the core. Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for over a million registered users across the Nordics. Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm. We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started. As our new Third Party Risk Management Specialist you'll join Legal & First Line Risk in Aarhus, reporting to our Director of Legal & First Line Risk. You'll own third party risk across the vendor lifecycle, working closely with procurement, with ICT third party risk under DORA at the centre of the job. Most of what Lunar buys is technology, so DORA's rules are the rulebook for most of this role, with the EBA guidelines covering the rest. Procurement owns sourcing, price and negotiation. You own the risk and sit alongside procurement rather than inside it, so the risk view stays independent of the deal: assessing what the risk is and what the contract needs to say before we sign, then tracking whether the vendor delivers, whether the risk has changed, and whether we could exit if we had to. What will you do? Assess before we sign. Run risk-based classification, due diligence and risk assessments as part of procurement, with a sharp eye for ICT services that support critical or important functions, including cloud, subcontracting chains and where our data sits. Set the contract requirements. Turn the risk picture into contract requirements together with Legal, including DORA Article 30 terms, SLAs, audit rights and exit rights, and support the business in negotiations. Follow up after we sign. Track performance against SLAs, run vendor reviews with business owners, follow ICT incidents, assurance reports such as ISAE 3402 and SOC 2, and security test resu

Banking is changing, and we're building the bank that's driving that change. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank, founded in Copenhagen in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Stockholm. We're putting AI at the core of how we build and run the bank, but turning new customers into real customers safely still comes down to people who know how to make a good call. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Team Lead to run our Onboarding team in Copenhagen, part of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), reporting to our Director of FCP Operations. On paper, onboarding is the same steps for every customer. In practice, corporate structures, bankruptcy histories, and business models vary enough that your team is making real judgement calls every day, not ticking boxes. We need someone who can lead that well, fast where it's safe to be fast, careful where it isn't. What will you do? Lead a team of Onboarding specialists handling business onboarding day to day, including formal performance management: regular reviews, feedback, and addressing underperformance. Own throughput and wait-time targets without compromising risk assessment, and manage the team against target adherence, growth, and engagement (Peakon) scores. Hold the line on quality within Onboarding's edge-case reality: same steps every time, but corporate structure, bankruptcy history, and business model variation mean your team is making real judgement calls, not following a checklist. Coordinate with Customer Support and commercial teams on onboarding friction. Represent Onboarding in the FCP Ops & Onboarding leadership forum. What are we looking for in you? 1-3 years leading people with direct reports, including performance reviews and handling underperformance. Experience in a regulated industry where decisions have consequences and stand up to review. A background in financial crime prevention, compliance or onboarding is a plus. You can lead people who know more than you. The team spans juniors to senior
