Accela
📍 Based• Remote• $120K – $135K/yr
1mo ago

ABOUT THE ROLE OpenCounter is Accela’s pre-application front door, helping residents and business owners understand permit requirements, costs, and next steps before they apply. Because its value depends on resident use, adoption has to be activated—not assumed. If staff do not use it and residents cannot find it, agencies are less likely to realize the value and renewal will be challenged. The Product Adoption Manager owns the post-implementation window where adoption is critical. You carry each agency through its first six to nine months: train staff broadly, confirm guides are published where residents start, and return on a cadence until adoption holds. You will work the customer base in three groups, each with a different purpose, and serve as Product’s direct view into how agency staff use OpenCounter day to day. What you learn about where users get stuck feeds the roadmap. This position reports to the Director of Product, OpenCounter. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Adoption Own adoption across the full OpenCounter customer lifecycle so agencies launch well, keep staff engaged, stay current as the product evolves, and see enough ongoing value to renew. Launch new agencies with the training, placement, and early follow-up needed for adoption to take hold. Re-engage recently launched agencies to deepen staff use, close training gaps, and prepare for renewal. Monitor mature accounts for renewal risk, usage signals, and opportunities to reinforce product value. Pre-release product review Review new features and changes before they reach production, from the perspective of the agency staff and residents who will meet them. Flag what will confuse users, create support load, or be hard to train, and distinguish a defect from a design concern when you raise it. Confirm that new capability is explainable to an agency audience, and identify

The team MongoDB's Application Modernization Platform (AMP) organization is the front door of our modernization business. In our Data Migration practice we move production data - safely, repeatably, at enterprise scale - from relational estates (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and from NoSQL platforms (Apache Cassandra, Azure Cosmos DB, Amazon DocumentDB) onto MongoDB. We do this both as standalone migration programmes and as the data workstream inside larger application-modernization engagements, using MongoDB's own tooling - Relational Migrator, Cluster-to-Cluster Sync, Atlas Stream Processing - alongside the open-source and cloud-native pipeline ecosystem. Our mission is to help our customers be successful by leading end-to-end their journey to MongoDB. In an era where AI agents handle routine migration mechanics - such as workload assessments, schema and query translations, and large-scale validation - our consultants focus on the high-judgment decisions that directly mitigate risk. Joining us now means helping draft the playbooks while they are actively being defined. We are seeking builders who prefer creating new frameworks over following legacy instructions. This role will be based remotely in Germany. Perplexity
📍 San Francisco• Full-time• $180K – $300K/yr

Perplexity is looking for a Design Engineer to help turn perplexity.com into a real growth engine, not a pile of one-off pages. You'll sit shoulder to shoulder with brand designers, PMMs, growth, and content teams, shipping product launch pages, campaign landing pages, and the components and tooling that let those teams move fast without lowering the bar. This is a hands-on role for someone with real taste, sharp attention to detail, and the speed to turn a Figma file, a Slack thread, or a rough sketch into a polished, shipped page quickly. Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Sanity What you'll do Ship product launch pages and evergreen marketing pages for products like Comet, Computer, Deep Research, Search, and Hub. Own the work from Figma handoff to production. Partner with brand designers to build interactive experiences that make the site feel alive and drive engagement. Maintain and extend our brand design system and component library, keeping Figma and production in sync so brand and creative can scaffold pages with guardrails. Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to run A/B tests on landing pages, popups, and upsell modules. Read the results, then iterate. Migrate the leftover Framer collections to Sanity, model schemas that non-engineers can actually use, and help ship new content types like changelog, customer stories, and academy pages. Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained. You can take a rough direction and turn it into something worth shipping. Improve the tools around the work: CMS workflows, i18n, SEO, experimentation, and internal tooling for marketing self-serve. If a manual process is slowing the team down, you should want to fix it. What you need 3+ years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing or growth site. A portfolio site that shows your previous work on marketing sites and design work. Strong skills in React, CSS, and modern frameworks. Deep understanding of res
