Scale GP is Scale's enterprise Generative AI platform—APIs and infrastructure for knowledge retrieval, inference, evaluation, and intelligent automation. We power mission-critical workflows for leading enterprises, helping teams turn complex data and models into reliable, production-ready AI systems. We're building a new AI Enablement team to create the next generation of agent-powered tools that ground AI in real operational workflows. Our goal: help internal teams demystify their own workflows, then deploy agentic systems that reason over data, take action, and deliver measurable outcomes. We don't build in a vacuum. You'll use our own platform to solve real business problems internally—then selectively commercialize that same stack for customers. What we run on is what we sell. This is a 0→1 team. We're looking for a sharp, product-minded engineer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and loves building systems from scratch alongside customers and cross-functional partners. You'll work closely with product, forward-deployed engineers, data scientists, and applied AI teams to turn real-world problems into scalable production solutions. If you like shipping fast, owning outcomes, and working across the stack—from polished frontends to distributed backends to LLM integrations—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own full-stack features and projects end-to-end — from design through production deployment — within a larger product area Sample surfaces - Accounting Agents, Finance Copilots, GTM Agents, Agentic Experimentation Platforms Develop reliable backend services in Typescript/Python, work with distributed systems, data pipelines, and AI/ML infrastructure Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks to power intelligent workflows Ship quickly through tight experimentation loops while maintaining high quality and reliability Adapt across the stack and learn new tools as needed to solve real problems end-to-end Ideal Experience 3+ years of full-tim
Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Intelligence team. In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of our analytical infrastructure, enabling efficient, scalable, and consistent reporting and analytics across the organization. You will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our BI ecosystem—working at the intersection of engineering, data modeling, and stakeholder enablement. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced BI engineer who can execute cross-functional projects, design performant data models, and contribute to the execution of a unified data strategy across platforms. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the evolution of Cohere’s modern data stack and governance practices. What you’ll do: Lead the execution and refinement of our business intelligence and analytics architecture, ensuring consistency, performance, and scalability across dashboards and self-service tools. Design and implement robust semantic and dimensional data models supporting operational, clinical, and strategic analytics use cases. Collaborate closely with data platform, analytics, and product teams to define shared data definitions, build source-of-truth datasets, and align transformations with stakeholder needs. Improve data pipeline efficiency and maintainability by establishing and enforcing best practices in dbt modeling, testing, and documentation. Support release management, quality testing, version control, and promotion of analytics assets across environments. Enable data providers and analysts to deliver high-impact dashboards and KPI frameworks using Tableau, with an emphasis on performance, usability, and governance. Serve as the primary Tableau Cloud SME for the organization, including user management, security, performance tuning, and environment configuration. Lead integration of Tableau dashboards into front-end web applications using the Ta
Become a part of our caring community The Senior Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Senior Full Stack Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. As Centerwell builds its AI engineering function from the ground up, we need a platform foundation strong enough to support everything that comes next. As Lead Full-Stack Engineer focused on platform and API engineering, you will design and build the service layer that connects AI capabilities, data systems, and product frontends—setting the standards for how services are built, secured, and operated across the team. You will work with meaningful architectural scope, making decisions that span API design, security patterns, and deployment practices. The platform you build will serve care teams and patients across hundreds of Centerwell clinics. If you want to build platforms that others build on—and do it in service of better primary care—this is the role for you. Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all . Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. Principal ASIC Design Engineer About the Role At Micron, we transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. As a global leader in memory and storage innovation, we develop technologies that accelerate intelligence and enable the next era of AI, ML, and advanced computing. Micron’s Interface Pathfinding team drives performance-scaling innovation across circuits, signaling, packaging, and interconnects with a 3–5 year technology horizon. A core part of that work is silicon-based validation of novel PHY solutions, and we are growing the team to execute. As the Principal ASIC Design Engineer , you will be the primary digital contributor on a deliberately small, senior team — united around the goal of carrying high-speed interface technologies from architecture to tape-out. The team’s analog and chip-level architecture is anchored by a deeply experienced analog custom design engineer; your role is to be the authoritative digital voice — owning RTL design and micro-architecture of the digital blocks, defining timing constraints, supporting verification, and serving as the key interface between the digital design and the analog and layout specialists who will carry the implementation through to silicon. On a test ASIC of this scope, the front-end digital work is the critical path, with contractor and layout support engaged as bandwidth demands warrant. What You’ll Own Digital Block Architecture & RTL Design Own the micro-architecture and RTL implement
