About the Role The Enterprise Agent Evals & Efficiency team makes Perplexity's agents better at completing real work across enterprise connectors, tools, and data. Our goal is to help agents choose the right tools, use the right context, and complete complex workflows reliably, with less time and compute. This team owns the improvement loop: define what successful work looks like, build evaluations that measure it, understand where agents fail, and ship changes that improve outcomes. This is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end ownership, from building realistic enterprise evaluation environments to shipping improvements across the agent harness, tools, and skills. You'll create complex scenarios spanning connected systems, data, and permissions, use them to identify where agents struggle, and improve the tools agents call, the skills they follow, the context they receive, and the models they use. Working with AI Research, Connectors, and Platform teams, you'll turn experimental results into measurable gains in task success, latency, and cost per successful task. The goal is not just to measure agents, but to make more enterprise work reliable and practical to automate. Key Responsibilities Build realistic enterprise evaluation environments spanning connected applications, representative datasets, user roles, and permissions, with complex, multi-step workflows and reproducible system state. Own evaluation infrastructure, task suites, and automated graders that measure how well agents complete enterprise work, calibrated against human judgment and grounded in end-to-end outcomes. Analyze agent trajectories and production failures, identify root causes, and ship improvements across the agent harness, tools, and skills that measurably improve task success and reliability. Develop reusable skills and improve tool descriptions, schemas, and result handling so agents can select the right tools, execute workflows correctly, and recover from errors with fewer unn

Build the systems that deliver Simulation Technology knowledge to developers, partners, internal teams, and the AI agents that increasingly sit between them and our documentation. Our KnowledgeOps team sets the information architecture and quality standards for Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and OpenUSD documentation. You'll build the automation, pipelines, and AI-ready infrastructure that apply those standards at scale, and work with documentation leads to refine the architecture based on what you learn. You're a writer who builds: as comfortable in Git, CI, or Python as in a style guide, and fluent with LLMs in daily work. We build systems where the right way is easier than the wrong way. For you, that means turning documentation, standards, and tribal knowledge into tooling, templates, and self-service paths, so fewer people have to ask "how do I…?" What you'll be doing: Collaborate with documentation leads on knowledge architecture, sharing implementation feedback (what works, breaks, and scales) to refine content models, information architecture, and AI-readiness patterns Build and run docs-as-code pipelines: Git authoring, CI/CD builds, linting, link and code-sample validation, and publishing Make knowledge AI-ready: structure and package content for RAG, internal assistants, and agentic workflows, including llms.txt, MCP-accessible sources, agent skills and context kits, and evaluation sets for answer accuracy Automate the content lifecycle with LLMs and scripting, from drafting and updating to auditing, with checks for freshness, code accuracy, and terminology drift, and human review where judgment matters Encode standards (user stories, release readiness, onboarding, security guidance) into templates, validators, and guided workflows rather than static documents Capture tribal knowledge from engineering, product, and operations, and turn it into playbooks, decisi

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. If you want to challenge yourself and be a part of something great, join us today! NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing! More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing. Autonomous agents now do real work across NVIDIA, and every piece underneath them keeps changing: models, harnesses, tools, skills, and plugins. Evaluation is how a team knows whether a change made an agent better or quietly made it worse. We're looking for a principal engineer to set evaluation strategy at every layer, from individual skills and MCP servers to whole agents and products, and to design how agents use those results to improve themselves. Agents can already rewrite the skills and plugins they run on, then test whether the change helped. Making that loop trustworthy is the hard part. What does it take for an agent to get better on its own, and prove the improvement is real? We're building a system that answers that question for every agent at NVIDIA. Come build it with us! What you'll be doing: Build evaluation that works the same across harnesses, with automated checks on every change that catch regressions before users do. Mine production traces for failures, new usage patterns, missing skills and tools, cost and latency hot spots, and successful runs. Turn them into eval cases and improvement signals. Evaluate the eval datasets themselves: coverage of real usage, duplicate cases, and how closely they match production. Build the self-improvement loop for evolving harnesses: agents propose changes to their own skills, plugins, and harness configuration, and sandboxed evals test each one. Only measurable gains ship, with human sign-off and limits agents can't change. Create realistic enterprise environments: sandboxed replicas of issue trackers, code repositories, chat, and internal APIs, filled with synthetic or anonymized data, where agents safely run long, end-to-end tasks. Measure multi-agent swarms as a team: how agents split work, whether handoffs succeed, and whether permissions hold at every hop. Record how long each task takes and how many token
