About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Who We Are Global Marts builds the technology behind DoorDash's own grocery and retail operations across DashMart, Wolt Market, and Deliveroo Hop. Our systems decide what products our stores stock, how much inventory to purchase, which vendors to source from, how warehouses execute orders, and what prices customers see. We build everything from forecasting and replenishment systems to vendor management, warehouse execution, labor scheduling, space optimization, and pricing. Our in-house forecasting platform has replaced third-party solutions and now powers production globally. This isn't a traditional CRUD backend environment. Much of our work involves designing new systems that solve complex operational problems at global scale. What You'll Do As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll work primarily with Go or Kotlin and take end-to-end ownership of production systems and complex technical initiatives. You'll: Design, build, and operate backend systems that support inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, pricing, and fulfillment. Ema (Enterprise Machine Assistant)
📍 United States• Full-time• Remote• From $250K/yr

About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. About the Role Ema sells through two motions that behave very differently, and today they share one pipeline, one CRM, and one forecast. Direct enterprise — field Account Executives landing Fortune 2000 logos at $250K+ initial contract value and expanding past $500K, into buying committees that include IT, security, data governance, and procurement. Partner-led — global systems integrators and ISVs, including Teleperformance, PwC, Wipro, NTT Data, Hitachi, KPMG, Atos, ADP, Microsoft, and Google, who deploy Ema's Frontier Apps to their own clients. In some cases the partner embeds Ema inside their own product and owns the end-client relationship entirely. Those two motions require different definitions, different attribution rules, and different quota treatment. Building that distinction — and the systems, reporting, and compensation logic that sit on top of it — is the core of this role. This is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire supporting the US go-to-market organization. You will be building the function, not maintaining one. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role As a tenured member of Ramp’s growing Product Operations team, you will work at the nexus of Ramp’s cutting edge FinTech product and the operational realities of what it takes to deliver for a massive and rapidly scaling set of customers. You will own the operations for a meaningful product or set of products at Ramp, while also influencing the overall development of Ramp’s internal operations as the company rapidly scales. You will collaborate with your product partners to lay out a data-driven and customer-informed roadmap of features to build and improvements to implement, build out automation and processes to help Ramp scale internally, and assist in the launch of impactful new features and products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, design, data and our customer-facing teams, as well as partners and vendors outside of Ramp. *Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week* What You’ll D

About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. You will own strategic sourcing for critical cloud infrastructure and AI providers, helping Vercel secure the compute, storage, and infrastructure capacity we need as we scale. You will develop commercial models that balance competitive economics with flexibility, avoiding commitments that constrain growth while creating transparent pricing that improves as our usage scales. Vercel's spend and revenue are scaling fast, and our sourcing motion has to scale with it — you'll know when to move fast versus when to hold the line on process, partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and Security to get deals done without unnecessary friction. This role reports to the Head of Procurement. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. What You Will Do: Lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations with cloud infrastructure providers and hyperscalers. Structure complex IaaS, compute, storage, and capacity agreements that balance committed spend, consumption growth, flexibility, and long-term unit economics. About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site. We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date. This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness. What You'll Do Delivery planning and schedule integration Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio:
