Job Responsibilities Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Job Responsibilities Lead a team of facilities associates and porters. Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager. Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related needs. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in maintenance or facility management, with leadership responsibilities. Strong technical skills in various maintenance disciplines. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
